Note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Orders over $1250: FREE standard shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available at this time.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. Return address shows only "SG Distribution" for your privacy.
We want you to love your ZAZA products! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Refund Amount: Full product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

All ZAZA batteries include a 90-day manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We'll review and respond within 24-48 hours.
